You don't have to focus on serving millions in order to help millions (i.e. make a sizable impact).

Consider the famous video "How Wolves Change Rivers":

It demonstrates how wolves, just by existing in their natural habitat, can greatly affect everything within that ecosystem - even down to altering river flows.

This idea me think about life and entrepreneurship.
