Twitter started out as aspirational and genuinely wanting to be an open platform for all

As they grew in popularity, and became a megaphone for political movements globally, the US government started to take notice

The left-leaning of most Silicon Valley tech giants led to censorship bias (see diagram below)

Moderators had hierarchies. The uppermost level made critical decisions that would shape or influence political movements.

People were being "shadow banned" or suspended without adequate explanations. They also had no easy way to contest such decisions.

As a result, the right got extremely mad and these revealings confirmed their suspicions (while they were being labeled "conspiracy theorists" by the other side)

This all now provides evidence for groups to serve class-action lawsuits 😬
